下载、安装或使用嘟嘟旅行 ("本应用") 即表示你同意遵守以下条款。如果你不同意，请勿使用本应用。

2. 服务说明

嘟嘟旅行是一款 iOS 应用，使用 AI 技术为旅行者生成个性化打包清单。本应用由 GRVT 运营。

3. 订阅与计费

• 免费版：每个日历月可使用 3 次 AI 推荐功能，每月 1 日自动重置。
• Pro 年度：$9.99/年，自动续期。
• Pro 终身：$39.99 一次性买断，永久解锁。

所有支付通过 Apple App Store 完成。订阅会在到期前 24 小时自动续期，可在 iOS 系统设置 → Apple ID → 订阅 中随时取消。取消后当前周期内仍可使用 Pro 功能直到周期结束。

4. 退款

退款由 Apple 处理，不由 GRVT 处理。请通过 reportaproblem.apple.com 向 Apple 申请退款。

5. 用户行为

使用本应用时，你同意：

• 不滥用 AI 推荐功能（如自动化批量请求）
• 不试图反编译、逆向工程或破解本应用
• 不将本应用用于任何违法目的

6. AI 内容免责

本应用的 AI 推荐由 Google Gemini 生成，仅供参考。GRVT 不对 AI 推荐的准确性、完整性或适用性作任何保证。出行前请核对个人需求和当地实际情况（如签证、防疫、海关规定等）。

7. 知识产权

本应用的代码、设计、文案、图标和视觉元素均由 GRVT 拥有版权。未经许可不得复制、修改或商用。

8. 服务变更与终止

我们保留随时修改、暂停或终止本应用任何功能的权利，包括 AI 推荐服务。重大变更会通过 App 更新说明告知。

9. 责任限制

在适用法律允许的最大范围内，GRVT 对因使用或无法使用本应用而产生的任何直接、间接、附带或后果性损失不承担责任。

10. 适用法律

本条款受中华人民共和国法律管辖。

11. 条款变更

我们可能会不时更新本条款。变更后会更新本页面顶部的"最后更新"日期。继续使用本应用即视为接受新条款。

Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By downloading, installing, or using TuoTuo Travel ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

2. Service Description

TuoTuo Travel is an iOS application that uses AI to generate personalized packing checklists for travelers. The App is operated by GRVT.

3. Subscriptions & Billing

• Free tier: 3 AI recommendation generations per calendar month, auto-resetting on the 1st.
• Pro Yearly: $9.99/year, auto-renewing.
• Pro Lifetime: $39.99 one-time purchase, permanent unlock.

All payments are processed through the Apple App Store. Subscriptions auto-renew 24 hours before the period ends. You can cancel anytime in iOS Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions. After cancellation, Pro features remain active until the end of the current period.

4. Refunds

Refunds are handled by Apple, not GRVT. Please request refunds through reportaproblem.apple.com.

5. User Conduct

By using the App, you agree not to:

• Abuse the AI recommendation feature (e.g., automated batch requests)
• Decompile, reverse engineer, or attempt to crack the App
• Use the App for any unlawful purpose

6. AI Content Disclaimer

AI recommendations in the App are generated by Google Gemini and are provided for reference only. GRVT makes no warranty as to the accuracy, completeness, or fitness of AI recommendations. Always verify your personal needs and local conditions (visa, health requirements, customs rules, etc.) before traveling.

7. Intellectual Property

All code, design, copy, icons, and visual elements of the App are owned by GRVT. No copying, modification, or commercial use without permission.

8. Changes & Termination

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature of the App at any time, including the AI recommendation service. Material changes will be announced via App Store release notes.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, GRVT shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the App.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top will reflect any changes. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
